How to order

Here we will show you how to order at the HitoMi India online shop.

(1) Product selection

Select the product you like and click "Add to Cart" to keep the product in your cart.

"Remove from cart" → Cancel the selected item.

Continue shopping to return to the product page.

"Update cart contents" → Updates the contents when you change the contents of the cart.

"Add a note to the product" → Not available.

If you would like to order multiple items of the same product, change the quantity in the box here.

"Proceed to checkout" → Tap when you have decided on the product you want to purchase.

Shipping costs are not yet determined at this stage and will be determined in the next step.

(2) Purchasing procedure

Please enter your email address correctly.

Make a note of it and copy and paste it for sure.

@ezweb Please note that emails sent using carrier email addresses in Japan such as .ne.jp and @docomo.ne.jp may be rejected. Please use @gmail or @yhaoo.

Please enter your name and address. Please enter in half-width alphanumeric characters.

Japanese is not supported. Please enter in English.

Please enter the exact name, including room number and apartment name, without abbreviating it.

State → Scroll to determine.

We cannot ship to any state that is not available for selection in this scrolling list.

Enter your phone number.

Only available to Indian mobile phones beginning with +91.

Orders cannot be placed with SIM cards from other countries.

Order from your smartphone to receive delivery notifications via SMS.

(3) Enter your payment information

Enter your card information.

Accepted cards are American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Cards issued in Japan can also be used.

HitoMi India Online Shop uses the card payment system " Stripe ". Your data is securely protected.

For refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy .

Once you have entered all the details, tap "Pay Now."

The card payment will be initiated.

Please order from a location with a good internet connection. Depending on your internet connection, it may take some time to process your order or an error may occur.

(4) Order completion and delivery information

Your order will be completed without any problems and you will be redirected to the completion screen.

At the same time, you will receive an order completion email.

The Google map of the delivery address will be displayed. Scroll down.

Set up your delivery status to be sent via SMS.

Please enter the phone number you used when placing your order.

Your order is now complete.

You will receive an SMS message once your delivery has commenced.
