Thinking about it, it was difficult to just casually go to the factory during the lockdown.
Furthermore, there were farmers' demonstrations, the road in front of the factory was closed, and what should have taken an hour to get there took three hours because we had to take a detour, and we were told "There is only the same way back, so do your best," and the seamstresses had gone home for Ramadan. Despite all of this, we are grateful to the yukatas that were born.
Even now in India, it is difficult to find opportunities to casually go out wearing a yukata, but I hope that having a cute one on hand and the hope of wearing it when you go out can bring at least some comfort to your heart.
Even though there are only a few Japanese people left in India, HitoMi will continue to introduce cuteness in the hope that it will reach someone.
The exhibition is being held in Kyoto from today.
